Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients

small
very ripe avocados
2
tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4
cup
coconut, almond or soy milk (or other alternative)
2
tsp
aagave, honey or real maple syrup, or to taste
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender jar and blend, scraping down sides as necessary.
Mixture will be mousse-like. Add more milk carefully, a tiny bit at a time, if needed.
Spoon into cups and garnish, if desired. Refrigerate.
