Easy Baked Polenta
Ingredients

organic Polenta cornmeal
4
cups
water
1
tsp
salt
4
tbsp
butter or substitute, such as Earth Balance
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 8x8 earthenware baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, or grease well.
Add the cornmeal, water and salt to the baking dish and stir together (they will not congeal but this is fine).
Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove from oven and add butter (or substitute) and stir.
Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
